About Manufacturer
In 1991, Stanislav Bernard, Josef Vávra and Rudolf Šmejkal bought the bankrupt brewery in Humpolec at auction. They began fulfilling their dream of building a brewery that would brew honest Czech beer. In the first ten years after privatisation, the brewery literally fought for survival. Thanks to the quality of the beer, service and the gradual building of the brand, this dream was achieved.
