RESPEKT COFFEE Colombia Carlos Trujillo ESPRESSO is a specialty coffee from the family farm Patio Bonito in the Caldono region (Cauca). Natural processing with delicate fermentation notes enhances sweetness and delivers a more complex profile.
On the 11-hectare farm, approximately 47,000 coffee trees are grown, including the Castillo, Pink Bourbon, Gesha, and SL-28 varieties. Hand-picking ripe cherries and drying them on raised beds for at least two weeks is part of RESPEKT COFFEE’s meticulous approach, focused on consistent flavor for everyday brewing.
