Nachmelená Opice Pastry Kyseláč 15° is a pastry sour ale with a fruity profile of raspberries, blackcurrants, and vanilla. Alcohol content: 4.8% ABV.
Lactose softens the acidity and adds a fuller mouthfeel. During conditioning, raspberry purée, blackcurrant juice, and Madagascan vanilla were added. Serve chilled at around 6–8 °C; pairs well with fruit desserts, light pastries, or as an accompaniment to mild cheeses.
Use
Serve chilled. Before opening, gently swirl to blend the fruit sediment, if you want a more uniform pour.
