Filip Mlýnek Rhine Riesling late harvest Staré is a dry white wine from the village of Dobré Pole, from the more than 30-year-old vineyard site Staré. Alcohol content is 12.5% vol.
It is fruity on the nose, full and juicy on the palate with balanced acidity and a mineral saltiness from the sandy-limestone subsoil. Sealed with a cork stopper. Serve chilled at 10–12 °C; pairs well with fish, poultry, pasta with cream, or harder cheeses.

Serve as an accompaniment to food or on its own with a meal. Before serving, let it breathe briefly in a white wine glass.
