Description
Skalák Pálava grape selection is a white wine with a light greenish-yellow color and more pronounced viscosity. The aroma is clean and intense, with notes of jasmine, exotic fruit, and sweet spices.
On the palate it is juicy and fruit-forward with a spicy character, reminiscent of dried peaches and sweet spices, with a longer finish. Alcohol content 14% vol. Suitable for more aromatic poultry preparations, Asian cuisine, or aged cheeses; serve chilled to 10–12 °C.
