Gurdau Riesling Vesnice Kurdějov 2023 is a Moravian Riesling from the Velkopavlovice subregion. The aroma reveals flowers, citrus notes, and a delicate spiciness.
On the palate it is mineral, with juicy acidity and notes of lemon peel, yuzu, grapefruit, and green apple. Vintage 2023, style dry (residual sugar 5 g/l), alcohol 12.5%. It pairs well with poultry, fish, sushi, and Asian cuisine; serve at 8–10 °C.
Use
Serve chilled at 8–10 °C. Suitable for lighter, aromatic dishes, including mildly spicy foods.
