The grapes come from the finest vineyards of the Cartizze region in Valdobbiadene and are carefully harvested at the end of September. The result is a wonderful straw-coloured sparkling wine with fine, long-lasting bubbles and a fresh taste of exotic fruit, green apple and white pear.
