The porridge contains 71% wholegrain oat flakes combined with oat flour. Thanks to its content of oat beta-glucans, it helps lower cholesterol and is high in fibre. Use
Preparation instructions: 1. Pour the contents of the sachet into a suitable container. 2. Add 150 ml of hot water and stir well. 3. After 3–5 minutes, the porridge is ready to eat.
Microwave preparation - room temperature 1. Pour the contents of the sachet into a suitable container. 2. Add 150 ml of cold water and stir well. 3. Then place in the microwave, set the power to about 700 W (medium to high power - depending on the type of oven) and heat for 1 minute.
