Use
Meat version: Fry 250 g of chicken fillet in 1 tablespoon of oil until golden. Add 1 sachet of Swad Butter Chicken sauce and cook until the chicken is done (6–7 min). Serve with fresh coriander and cream.
Meat-free version: For a vegetarian version, replace the chicken with homemade Paneer (Indian fresh cheese) or mixed vegetables (zucchini, carrot, pepper, cauliflower and potatoes). Serve with pilaf / naan / paratha.
