Description

Endless river Sauvignon is distinctive in every way. On the nose it shows the typical fresh green notes, and on the palate it delights with a juicy hint of ripe yellow fruit. From the glass, you’ll pick up an intense aroma of gooseberry, lemongrass, green figs, limes, young blackcurrant leaves, and white peaches, finishing with a touch of gunpowder green tea. The taste is juicy and fruity, yet dry. It recalls notes of exotic fruit – starfruit and cape gooseberry – as well as gooseberry and white peach. Ageing potential is 2–3 years. rohlik. rohlik. cz/uploads/images/K%C3%A1ja/white-ga00da4ef7_640. jpg" width="750" loading="lazy">

Food pairing

Ideal as an aperitif. We recommend serving it with fish dishes, especially grilled prawns, a salad with smoked salmon and avocado, or fish terrines. It also pairs wonderfully with classic Czech roast pork with dumplings and sauerkraut, fried cheese, potato salad, or dishes with goat’s cheese and herbs.

About Manufacturer

The family owns vineyards in the heart of Alsace and, thanks to partnerships with premium wineries in California, Chile, New Zealand, Spain and Italy, also produces wines from these renowned wine regions, where quality is overseen by the company’s chief oenologist Julian Schaal.
