Use

1. Shake the bottle before use.
2. Apply the milk evenly to clean, dry skin before sun exposure. The amount applied affects the level of protection (less cream = weaker protection).
3. Reapply several times during the day, especially after swimming.

However, we recommend avoiding the sun between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and protecting infants and children from direct sunlight.
