Escorihuela Gascon Rosaura Malbec is an Argentine red wine from the Mendoza region. The grapes come from the Finca Agrelo vineyard (block 14), and the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Alcohol 13.7% vol.
The nose reveals red fruit, delicate spice and a hint of vanilla; on the palate it has a smooth structure with a longer finish. It pairs well with beef and lamb, pasta with tomato sauce, or more mature cheeses. It was created as a tribute to Rosaura, linked to the winery’s beginnings.
