M&S pre-fried potato wedges with skin are seasoned with herbs and spices and are intended for oven baking. The wedges are coated in a herbed, spiced batter for a gently spicy flavour.
Made from British potatoes from trusted growers. Ideal as a side with meat and vegetables or as a snack with a dip. Preparation from frozen takes approximately 25–27 minutes; it is recommended to turn the wedges halfway through cooking. Alcohol 0%.
Use
Preheat the oven, remove the packaging and spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake from frozen for 25–27 minutes at 220 °C (or 200 °C fan) in the middle of the oven; turn halfway through. Do not reheat.
