The coconut sauce with a mildly spiced curry character complements the vegetables and pasta in a single portion. Suitable as a meal on its own or as a base to which you can add more vegetables.
Use
In a pan: cook over high heat with 3–4 tablespoons of water for 7–9 minutes, stirring frequently. Microwave: heat for 7–8 minutes at 800 W until all ingredients are heated through, stirring frequently during heating.
