Koláčkova pekárna is a family bakery from the Jizera Mountains, where bread is baked from rye in the traditional way. The main focus is on honest craftsmanship, no speeding up of the baking process, and a love for tradition and quality. Simply bread as it should be.

 


Artic BAKEHOUSE was established in Iceland under the leadership of award-winning baker David Arnorsson and specializes in sourdough bread, offering various pastries. They place a strong emphasis on the quality and freshness of their products.

 

Pane Nuovo is a small Italian home bakery. It is part of the popular restaurant Pizza Nuova, which specializes in baking Neapolitan pizzas with a fresh natural taste.
