BEKO competition terms
RULES OF THE CONSUMER COMPETITION „Play for Beko refrigerators“
1. Name and description of the competition:
"Win Beko refrigerators" is a consumer competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") intended for rohlik.click customers, meaning buyers who purchase goods and/or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods") for their direct consumption from the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, ID No.: 030 24 130 (hereinafter referred to as "rohlik.click"), via the portal www.rohlik.click and/or via the mobile application rohlik.click (hereinafter referred to as the "Eshop") ("Customer").
Participation in this Competition is voluntary. These rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are the sole document that definitively and fully sets out the rules of the competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition").
2. Competition Organizer:
The organizer of the Competition is the company BEKO SPÓLKA AKCYJNA, organizational branch, with its registered office at Bucharova 1423/6, Stodůlky, 158 00 Prague 5, Company ID: 273 71 948 (hereinafter referred to as „Organizer“).
3. Technical partner of the Competition:
The technical partner of the Competition is rohlik.click, which provides the venue for this Competition, advertising space for this Competition and technical support to the Organizer, including the drawing of winners ("Technical Partner of the Competition").
4. Time and place of the Competition:
The competition takes place from 15. 6. 2024 00:00:00 to 31. 7. 2024 23:59:59, inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the „Competition Period“) on the E-shop, in the following 4 rounds:
Round 1 takes place from 15.6.2024 00:00:00 to 27.6.2024 23:59:59, inclusive;
Round 2 takes place from 28.6.2024 00:00:00 to 11.7.2024 23:59:59, inclusive;
Round 3 takes place from 12.7.2024 00:00:00 to 25.7.2024 23:59:59, inclusive;
Round 4 takes place from 26.7.2024 00:00:00 to 31.7.2024 23:59:59, inclusive
