Eat the same, but smarter

Eating more mindfully does not mean eating less. Nor does it mean dieting or denying yourself what you love. It means eating with more joy and energy thanks to smarter choices. You don't have to count calories, run around specialized shops, and certainly not turn your diet upside down. Just a few small changes in your regular shopping are enough. For example, swap white bread for sourdough. Refined oil for avocado oil. Milk chocolate for honest, dark chocolate. Just small steps that make a really big difference. So eat the same, just a little smarter.
We will show you how!

You don't have to be afraid of carbohydrates

Carbohydrates have a bad reputation. But the truth is, the body needs them. It just depends on which ones you choose. White bread will shoot you up and drop you right back down. Whole-grain carbohydrates will give you energy that lasts. Oats, rye, buckwheat, quinoa. Food that fills you up and doesn't tire you out. Give them a chance. You will notice the difference immediately.
