Vacation with Children in Nature

Can't you wait to go on a trip with your children, to a cottage, or send them to camp? To ensure they don't bring back any small hurts in addition to their experiences, it's good to pack a few small things in their backpack. Nature is beautiful, but it also hides various dangers. So be proactive and prepare for them thoroughly. We'd be happy to help you with that!

EXAMPLE BACKPACK AND FIRST AID KIT FOR LITTLE HIKERS
How to deal with changing weather? Against the sun, a head covering and sunglasses will help; against the rain, a raincoat. It's definitely better to carry them in your backpack and not use them, than to improvise with a bag on your head. Tried and tested for you. Blisters, stings, sunstroke… No fun. But you can safely pack a first-aid kit for children with basic help, such as disinfectant and antibacterial gel, plasters, tweezers, repellent, and gel for insect bites, or with pain and fever medication.

SO TICKS DON'T DRIVE YOU CRAZY

And what if it does attach itself?
1. Don't wait and pull it out as soon as possible.
2. Using a moistened cotton swab, hook, or tweezers, wiggle the tick from side to side.
3. After removal, disinfect the area and monitor it for 14 days.
4. To be safe, you can send the tick for examination.
