What comes to mind when you hear Mikulovská wine sub-region? Magical Pálava and a historical gem in the form of the town of Mikulov. Distinctive mineral wines, led by the pride of domestic winemaking – Ryzlink vlašský. And also the beautiful Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape with the Wine Salon of the Czech Republic in Valtice.

SONBERK Winery produces only quality wines with special attributes. It historically boasts one of the highest quality vineyard sites not only in our country, and its uniqueness can be compared to prestigious European vineyards. The wines are characterized by pronounced fruitiness, juiciness, high minerality, and original spiciness. SONBERK is also architecturally interesting with its unique winery building designed by architect Josef Pleskot. We are proud to offer you Sonberk Pálava Noble rot on Rohlik – a wine that won 3rd place in the sweet wines category in the Guide to the Best Wines of the Czech Republic 2023-2024.

Thanks to soil rich in calcium and a distinctive human approach, MIKROSVÍN MIKULOV wines acquire a unique character. The flagship of the winery is Welschriesling, which they cultivate on the highest-lying vineyards of the southwestern Pálava belt. The winery won the title Winemaker of the Year in 2015, 2019, and 2022. In the aforementioned Guide, in the Welschriesling category, their Ryzlink Vlašský Perná Železná 2021 achieved absolute first place. Are you interested in its taste?

Znojmo has always been a very important wine-making center. This is evidenced by a number of wine-related monuments in the town itself and its immediate surroundings, and of course, a labyrinth of wine cellars directly beneath the town. The Znojemská vinařská podoblast is known primarily for its fresh, aromatic, and at the same time full-bodied and spicy white wines, for which it owes its specific natural and climatic conditions, as well as the talent, skill, and sensitivity of local winemakers.

Ouleha Family Winery grows grapevines in the vicinity of Dolní Kounice. They prioritize an environmentally friendly approach and manual work in the vineyard and during grape harvest. They mainly produce dry wines with a distinct expression of terroir and preserved varietal character. The wines are characterized by their minerality, fruitiness, and long finish. In 2018, the winery became the winner in the category 'Střední vinařství' in the Vinařství roku competition. On Rohlik, you can uncork with Průvodce two highly-rated wines – Chardonnay „Karlov“ 2018 and Cuvée „31“ 2021.

Thaya is one of the most progressive wineries in the Znojmo region. Currently, they cultivate approximately 105 ha of their own vineyards in renowned wine-growing villages. The fundamental philosophy of this winery is respect for nature and reverence for the region, which is why their logo features the Dyje River. A characteristic feature of many of their wines is production in various types of wooden barrels. Thanks to Rohlik, you can taste one of their highest-rated wines – Thaya APRI Chardonnay 2021, late harvest.

Not very large in terms of its area, the Velkopavlovice wine sub-region is home to exceptional red wines. The tradition of local winemaking dates back to the period of the Great Moravian Empire. The diverse landscape, which stretches from Velké Bílovice across the hilly Hustopeče Highlands and Velké Pavlovice to the fertile plains before Brno, is also among the warmest places in our country and at the same time among the places with the longest sunshine duration.

The idea to create a separate edition of selected premium wines under the Miloš Michlovský brand was born in 2021, when the first wines of this brand were also produced. However, not all of them come from the Velkopavlovická sub-region; a few were born in the Mikulovská sub-region. Creating premium great wines requires premium great vineyards, as well as appropriate experience and knowledge combined with a good dose of patience. And if such vineyards, the greatness of the vintage, and the peak artistry of the winemaker come together, then nothing prevents a truly great wine from being created. Miloš Michlovský once again demonstrated his winemaking mastery, and his wines were among the best from the Guide 2023-2024. On Rohlik, you can taste the golden Michlovský PREM1ER Merlot 2019, grape selection.


Fabig Winery strives to be neither traditional nor typically family-run. It is young and innovative. Roman Fabig comes from a classic winemaking family, which gave him the most fundamental knowledge for winemaking, but he later gathered inspiration and experience primarily from wineries in Austria, Spain, and New Zealand. Fabig is truly obsessed with quality and details in production. The result is clean, modern wines with typical varietal character and a clearly discernible style. Sauvignons from Fabig Winery are comparable to the world's top wines. Are you a fan of Sauvignon Blanc? You can buy the 2020 and 2021 vintages exclusively from Fabig Winery on Rohlik.

Slovácko, a vast wine sub-region with very diverse natural conditions, can be found in Southeast Moravia on the borders of the Czech Republic with Slovakia and Austria. It is a distinctive region of folk traditions, folklore, costumes, dances, songs, and crafts. Hand in hand with all this go the unique Slovácko winemakers and their traditional wines. If you want to choose just one from the diverse portfolio of varieties, then it will be Riesling.

Another of the family wineries was founded by Miloslav Sůkal in 1990. He thus continued the long-standing tradition of wine production of his ancestors. Milan Sůkal took over the winery from his father in 1996, and from 1997 they started bottling wines. Wine production takes place using traditional and natural methods with the help of modern technological equipment. Emphasis is placed on local terroir. The varieties Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Chardonnay mature long-term in French oak barrels. Milan Sůkal is a master of Riesling and Pinot Noir; his wines are among the absolute best in our country. For example, the fresh Riesling Rhine 2022, late harvest, is proof of this.

SPIELBERG Winery is located in Archlebov, a village where grapevines have been cultivated since the 12th century. Thanks to the gentle organic cultivation of grapevines, characteristic predicate wines are produced here, intended primarily for gastronomy and private clientele. The sandstone skeleton with a higher limestone content in the soil gives the local white wines a characteristic fruity-floral bouquet and taste with distinct mineral notes. The grapes yield earthy mineral red wines with a wide palette of forest fruit aromas. The wines are aged in French barrels. Among other things, worth mentioning is the Riesling 2021, selection of berries, highly rated by the Guide, which you can enjoy with Rohlik in just 60 minutes.
