COMPETITION RULES

These rules (“rules”) contain the complete regulation of the conditions of the competition named “Competition for five packages of diapers worth 1,500 CZK” (“competition”). These rules are available continuously throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address www.rohlik.click/tema/fb-soutez-pravidla and constitute the only binding document in relation to consumers governing the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended in the form of written supplements to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or an abbreviated version of these rules stated in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., located at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, ID: 030 24 130, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 (“organizer”), operator of the e-shop rohlik.click.

The organizer of the competition is Kolorky.cz s.r.o with its registered office at Plzeňská 697,
349 01 Stříbro, Company ID: 05591619, registered in the Commercial Register: Regional Court in Plzeň, Section C, Insert 33534 („organizer“).

The competition will take place in the territory of the Czech Republic on the organizer's Facebook profile ("competition page") during the following competition period ("competition period"):

from 31st August 18:33 to 6th September 23:59:59

Any natural person over the age of 15 who has a registered customer account on rohlik.click and who meets the conditions of participation in the competition set out in these rules ("participant"). 
 

All participants who do not properly meet the conditions of participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and property-related to the organizer, or persons who are close to such persons within the meaning of § 22 paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. If such an excluded person becomes the winner, the prize will not be awarded to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.
 

The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those participants whose competition behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or who have other reasonable suspicions of abuse of the competition or circumvention of these rules in violation of the rules of this competition or the purpose of the competition. The organizer reserves the right to assess at any time at its discretion the fulfillment of the conditions of the competition by individual participants and to exclude participants who do not meet the conditions set out in these rules from the competition at its discretion.
