Dalgona Coffee is a drink that would probably be created if instant coffee and cappuccino had a child. To prepare it, you need three teaspoons of instant coffee, the same number of tablespoons of sugar and water, and milk. Ground – For those who don't want to waste time grinding. With proper packaging and storage, it achieves very similar quality to freshly ground coffee. It is ideal to buy a smaller amount so that it doesn't lose its fragrance and aromatic oils.

 

Instant – Often a scapegoat, where quality is crucial. The drying process can be done by spraying or freezing. What to avoid? Buying instant coffees with various additives. And be careful, this type of coffee contains less caffeine!

3. Milk or no milk? That is the question!

The answer to this question is simple: it depends on personal preferences! Milk is essential only for coffee drinks. In such a case, it should be cold, ideally with 3.5% fat. And we have plenty of alternatives for vegans!

4. Coffee selected, but how to prepare it?

If you would like something more café-like, you can enjoy coffee from a lever coffee machine even at home. With this type, expect a higher purchase price and more demanding maintenance. However, in terms of the quality of the prepared coffee, it is hard to beat. The golden middle ground can be found in fully automatic coffee machines, which can grind the coffee, prepare it, and are relatively easy to maintain. Or do you prefer an alternative method of preparation?

French press – Simply put, an intermediate step between properly prepared coffee and Czech “turek”. This method of preparation is characterized by strong, full-bodied coffee with a sweeter taste. As for grinding, the correct level is coarsely ground coffee.

Moka – The result of this preparation method is a strong coffee with an intense flavor. The moka pot requires finely ground coffee. You can quickly tell if the coffee is ground incorrectly: it will start to sputter all around from the pot.

Filtered coffee&nbsp;- Unlike espresso, with filtered coffee you can enjoy a larger volume and individual flavor notes that develop gradually as it cools. Lightly roasted coffee, ground to medium coarseness, is suitable for filtering. About 6 g of coffee is needed for 100 milliliters of water.
