FARMA STRUHY
We present to you an ecological family farm and dairy, which processes milk from its own cows that graze from spring to autumn on pastures around the farm. The quality of the milk depends on the feed and the health of the cows, and so each season the milk has a different composition of ingredients, a different taste and aroma. They produce dairy products according to traditional methods and recipes using only milk, dairy cultures, and rennet, all in organic quality.
