MASTER OF AGING - MASO KLOUDA

At Maso Klouda, they source meat exclusively from Czech and Moravian farms, where they can guarantee the quality of breeding, which is reflected in the quality of the meat. They also butcher the meat themselves. Klouda specializes primarily in pork and beef, which they age using dry or wet methods for several weeks to months – and all this with respect and humility, to prevent any waste. You can also find excellent meat from Klouda in Together restaurants.

RENOWNED BUTCHER SHOP Z DLOUHÉ. The renowned Prague butcher shop Naše maso is available only on Rohlik, and at the same prices as if you were queuing at their shop in Dlouhá. They were the first to promote the original breeds of Czech Fleckvieh cattle and Přeštice pig, and proved that even a steak from Czech Fleckvieh can be world-class. In their production facility in Jeneč, they butcher the meat themselves, let it mature, and also make cured meats from it. Also taste their cured meats and specialties, such as pork neck from our Czech Přeštice pig. Their meat is also used in Ambiente restaurants.

You will find the freshest Czech beef of the Čestr breed, Duroc pork from the Orlické Mountains, and slow-growing chickens, which are fed a GMO-free mixture for 55 days and raised on bedding of straw or wood shavings. We know the breeders and farms where animals are raised for us, as well as our butchers who cut them according to our specifications. We then pack the meat in improved packaging, in which it stays fresh for a long time. Thanks to this, you can be sure that you are truly getting the best. We guarantee it!


THE REAL MEAT SOCIETY BY CULINARY VETERAN PAUL DAY

TRSM is the only organic butcher shop in the Czech Republic! It is led by culinary veteran Paul Day, who founded it with his wife Michaela in 2010. Since then, it has supported organic farms, small Czech farmers, and ensures the preservation of sustainability and rural development. When you buy meat in a store, it first has to get from the supplier to the central warehouse and then to the store, where it waits to be stocked, and after being moved to the refrigerator, for you to buy it.
