Bright yellow color and intense fine perlage. This is typical for the number one among sparkling white wines. BOHEMIA SEKT, Louis Girardot 2019, quality sparkling wine brut, has a clean, delicately mature aroma reminiscent of roasted hazelnuts, freshly baked bread, and citrus fruit. On the palate, you will be pleasantly surprised by notes of bergamot, grapefruit, and roasted nuts. The wine has a long finish.

Closely following is BOHEMIA SEKT, Prestige „36“ 2017, quality sparkling wine, brut. This clear, pale yellow wine with brilliant straw reflections boasts excellent fine perlage. You will be delighted by its clean, medium-intensity aroma with notes of walnuts, grapefruit peel, and green apples. The taste is clean, medium-intensity, and juicy, with notes of green apples, citrus, and dried fruits. It has a long finish.

Among the most successful rosé sparkling wines was ranked BOHEMIA SEKT, Prestige rosé, quality sparkling wine, brut. It has an attractive lighter old-rose color with silvery youthful reflections and intense fine perlage. The aroma is more intense and straightforward, reminiscent of ripe raspberries and strawberries, complemented by an undertone of "After Eight" chocolate. In taste, the wine is harmonious and complex, and you will find notes of ripe cherries, red apples, and raspberries with a light floral undertone. Look forward to a longer, delicate finish.

You won't go wrong with Sekt Jožka Valihrach, Rosé „Staré díly“, quality sparkling wine, brut, Krumvíř, from Josef Valihrach winery. It will enchant you with its lighter brass color with golden reflections and intense, coarser effervescence. The aroma is more intense and attractive. You will sense eucalyptus, white flowers, and dried apricots. The taste is pleasantly balanced and medium-bodied, with notes of dried mango, yellow apples, and candied citrus. The finish is medium-long.

A beautiful 95 points were awarded to Riesling 2022, late harvest, dry, Prušánky, Podkovné, from Sůkal winery. The wine is clear, intensely yellow with straw reflections and very good viscosity. You can expect a complex fruity aroma with notes of ripe citrus and Granny Smith green apples. The juicy, harmonious, clean taste will remind you of pineapple, green apples, and ripe citrus. Finally, you will enjoy a very long finish.

In the Welschriesling category, the imaginary gold medal goes to VINAŘSTVÍ MIKROSVÍN MIKULOV, Traditional line, Ryzlink vlašský 2021, late harvest, dry, Perná, Železná. A clear, bright yellow wine with straw reflections and very good viscosity. You will smell a clean, more intense aroma of honey, sweet spices, and dried fruit. On the palate, the wine is clean, juicy, with pleasant notes of ripe bananas, pineapple, and caramelized nuts. Followed by a long finish.

VINAŘSTVÍ MIKROSVÍN MIKULOV, Traditional line, Welschriesling 2021, late harvest, dry, Březí, Ořechová hora has a deeper straw-yellow color with green reflections and high viscosity. The aroma is complex, layered, and intense, combining notes of stewed peaches, peach kernels, sprouted buds, and meadow honey. The full and harmonious taste will evoke ripe oranges, ripe yellow apples, and cardamom. Long, elegant finish.


The wine SONBERK, Pálava 2021 Noble rot, grape selection, sweet, Popice, Sonberk scored an impressive 97 out of 100 points. First, you will be captivated by its clear honey-yellow color with amber reflections and high viscosity. Its clean, intense aroma with hints of sweet exotic fruit, candied fruits, and figs will tickle your nose, and a juicy, clean taste with refreshing acidity, yet pleasant fruity sweetness reminiscent of ripe gooseberries, exotic fruit, and citrus will spread across your tongue. The wine has a very long finish.

VINSELEKT MICHLOVSKÝ, Premier, Merlot 2019, late harvest, dry, Perná municipality, Věstonsko, has a deep red color with garnet reflections, a wider, lighter meniscus, and very good viscosity. The aroma is clean, more intense, with a hint of burnt wood, quality cured meats, and confit black cherries. On the palate, the wine is compact, juicy, with fruity notes of blackberries and blackberry compote and a pleasant undertone of roasted coffee. Long, spicy finish.


Thanks to **Springer Winery**, you can taste the exquisite **Family Reserve, SKALE 2019, Moravian country wine, dry, Velké Pavlovice**. It is characterized by a dark ruby red color with a wider brick-red meniscus and excellent viscosity. A complex, balanced, more intense aroma with a hint of smoke, dried plums, and crushed pepper will captivate you, as will the full and balanced taste with very good fruit acidity reminiscent of black cherries, plums, and damsons. Finally, there is a long, spicy finish.
