Terms of the "FABINI za půlku" promotion

These rules ("rules") govern the terms of a consumer promotion organized by the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Karolinská 654/2, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID: 03024130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 ("organizer"), operator of the rohlik.click e-shop.

These rules are continuously available throughout the duration of the promotion at the website address www.rohlik.click and constitute the sole binding document for consumers governing the rules of the promotion. Excerpts from these rules or their abbreviated version presented in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legally binding rules of the promotion.

Any natural person who has a validly established user account in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of rohlik.click, and from 2.2.2026 to 28.2.2026 or 1.3.2026 to 31.3.2026 makes one or more purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop with a minimum value of 7,500 CZK including VAT, becomes a participant in the promotion. Given the possibility of purchasing goods on the rohlik.click e-shop only after prior registration, one user account maintained on the rohlik.click e-shop is considered one participant in the promotion. 

The decisive factor for participation in the promotion is the moment of sending a binding order (including any additional order delivered together with such a binding order) and the delivery of the order during the promotion period. If the customer cancels the order or returns it or withdraws from the contract (in all cases, even partially) and the purchase value during the promotion period falls below 7,500 CZK, or if the purchase is ordered by the customer with delivery after the end of the promotion period, the condition for participation is not met, and thus the customer is not a participant in the promotion. The value of returnable packaging and shipping costs are not included in the value. Used credits in orders are included in the amount.

The assertion of a legitimate complaint does not reduce the order value for the purposes of this promotion. 

For technical reasons caused by the nature of the promotion, specifically communication during the promotion (which takes place exclusively electronically via email), only customers who have given consent to marketing communication can participate. Customers who have not given consent to marketing communication and wish to participate in the promotion must contact the organizer during the promotion period so that they can be included in the promotion, or so that marketing communication can be activated for them for the duration of the promotion, or they can do so themselves in their customer profile in the Communication Settings section.

Upon fulfilling the conditions, the organizer will send email communication with information for product selection within the promotion to the email associated with the participant's user account. 

The participant will choose one of 6 selected products via email communication. After product selection, the participant will receive via email communication a unique code within 24 hours at the latest for applying a discount on the selected product. Both product selection and code delivery are exclusively electronic. Details of application (including any deadlines or restrictions) will be provided in the email with the code.

For each purchase, or multiple purchases, with a total value of 7,500 CZK made and delivered in the given month during the promotion period, the participant will receive, in accordance with the conditions, one unique code. Each month is evaluated separately, i.e., the value of a purchase made in February is not added to the value of a purchase made in March. A maximum of one discount code can be applied per order.

The organizer is entitled to deny participation in the promotion to a participant who otherwise met the conditions of participation, in cases of reasonable suspicion of abuse or circumvention of these rules.

The organizer reserves the right to change, limit, postpone, or interrupt the rules of this promotion or its implementation, including its validity period, or to terminate the promotion at any time during its entire duration. Such fact will be immediately announced on www.rohlik.click. The organizer is entitled to verify the fulfillment of all conditions for participation in the promotion and, in case of dispute, to make a final decision on any matter related to the promotion. Any objections to the course of the promotion must be sent by the participant to the organizer in writing to the address of the organizer's registered office within five (5) working days from the end of the promotion period. Later objections will not be considered. The organizer is not responsible for any damages incurred by participants or third parties in connection with participation in the promotion.
