COMPETITION RULES
These rules ("rules") contain the complete regulation of the conditions of the competition named "Soutěž o kuchařku Adama Runduse SMASH-BA ("competition"). These rules are continuously available throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address www.rohlik.click/tema/pravidla-souteze-adam-rundus-ig and constitute the only binding document in relation to consumers regulating the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended by written addenda to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules presented in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.
COMPETITION ORGANIZER
The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Karolinská 654/2, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 ("organizer"), operator of the rohlik.click e-shop
PLACE AND TIME OF THE COMPETITION
The competition will take place in the Czech Republic on the organizer's profiles on the Instagram social network ("competition page") during the following competition period:
from 5. 12. 2024 8:01:00 to 12. 12. 2024 23:59:00
("competition period")
COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS
Any natural person over 15 years of age who meets the conditions for participation in the competition set out by these rules ("competitor") may be a participant in the competition.
All competitors who do not properly meet the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer, or persons who are close to such persons within the meaning of Section 22, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. In the event that such an excluded person becomes a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competitive behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or for whom there is other reasonable suspicion of abusing the competition or circumventing these rules in contradiction with the rules or purpose of this competition. The organizer reserves the right at any time, at its discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the stipulated competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude from the competition, at its discretion, competitors who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules.
