COMPETITION RULES - Manufaktura

These rules ("rules") contain the complete regulation of the terms and conditions of the competition called "Competition for a Manufaktura product package" ("competition"). These rules are available continuously throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address https://www.rohlik.click/tema/pravavidla-souteze-manufaktura and constitute the only binding document in relation to consumers regulating the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended in the form of written amendments to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or an abbreviated version of these rules presented in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legally binding rules of this competition.

 

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, ID No.: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 ("organizer"), operator of the rohlik.click e-shop.

 

 

The organizer of the competition is the company MANUFAKTURA s.r.o., with its registered office at Melantrichova 970/17,  Prague 1, 110 00, ID No. 031 27 371, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 343582/MSPH  ("organizer").

 

The competition will take place in the Czech Republic on the organizer's Facebook profile ("competition page") during the following competition period ("competition period"):

from 4 May, 19:01:00 to 9 May, 19:00:59

 

Any natural person over the age of 15 who meets the conditions of participation in the competition set out in these rules may be a participant in the competition ("competitor"). 

 

All competitors who do not properly meet the conditions of participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer, or who are close persons to such persons within the meaning of Section 22, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. In the event that such an excluded person becomes a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.
 

The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competition behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or if there is other reasonable suspicion of abuse of the competition or circumvention of these rules in violation of the rules of this competition or the purpose of the competition. The organizer reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the established competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude competitors who do not meet the conditions specified in these rules from the competition at its discretion.
