Competition Rules - Popstar Tea

These rules ("rules") contain the complete terms and conditions of the competition called "Popstar Tea Competition" ("competition"). These rules are available continuously throughout the duration of the competition at the website www.rohlik.click/tema/lpravidla-souteze-popstartea and constitute the only binding document in relation to consumers governing the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended in the form of written amendments to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or an abbreviated version of these rules contained in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legally binding rules of this competition.

 

 

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file number C 226550 ('organizer'), operator of the e-shop rohlik.click.

 

The organizer of the competition is the company MIKE ROFT, s.r.o., with its registered office at Údolní 495/19, 602 00 Brno, ID No. 07709099, registered under file number C 109761 at the Regional Court in Brno  („organizer“).

 

The competition will take place in the Czech Republic on the organizer's Facebook profile  ("competition page") during the following competition period ("competition period"):

from 23 October, 19:21:00 to 29 October, 16:00:59

 

Any natural person over the age of 15 who meets the conditions of participation in the competition set by these rules may be a participant in the competition ("competitor"). 

 

All competitors who do not properly meet the conditions of participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially linked to the organizer, or who are close persons to such persons within the meaning of Section 22(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participating in the competition. In the event that such an excluded person becomes a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.
 

The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competition behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or if there is other reasonable suspicion of abuse of the competition or circumvention of these rules in violation of the rules of this competition or the purpose of the competition. The organizer reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the established competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude competitors who do not meet the conditions specified in these rules from the competition at its discretion.
