Rohlik and Visa at KVIFF

These rules ("rules") contain the complete regulation of the terms and conditions of the consumer competition named "PAY WITH A VISA CARD AND ENTER THE DRAW" ("competition"). These rules are continuously available throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address https://www.rohlik.click/tema/rohlik-kviff-losovani-visa and constitute the sole binding document in relation to consumers governing the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended by written addenda to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules, which may be included in advertising and promotional materials, are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, ID No.: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 (“organizer”), operator of the rohlik.click e-shop (“rohlik.click”).

The competition will take place in the premises of the Rohlík zone within the International Film Festival Karlovy Vary 2023 in Smetanovy sady in Karlovy Vary ("competition zone") from 30. 6. 2023 9:00:00 hrs. to 08. 07. 2023 22:00 hrs. ("competition period"). The decisive moment for assessing whether the competitor met the conditions for inclusion in the competition in the given competition round within the competition period is the submission of a validly completed competition card into the competition container designated for drawing in the competition zone. For the purpose of determining winners, the competition is divided into the following competition rounds ("competition rounds"): 1st competition round from 30. 6. 2023 9:00 hrs. to 30. 6. 2023 22:00 hrs. 2nd competition round from 1. 7. 2023 9:00 hrs. to 1. 7. 2023 22:00 hrs. 3rd competition round from 2. 7. 2023 9:00 hrs. to 2. 7. 2023 22:00 hrs. 4th competition round from 3. 7. 2023 9:00 hrs. to 3. 7. 2023 22:00 hrs. 5th competition round from 4. 7. 2023 9:00 hrs. to 4. 7. 2023 22:00 hrs. 6th competition round from 5. 7. 2023 9:00 hrs. to 5. 7. 2023 22:00 hrs. 7th competition round from 6. 7. 2023 9:00 hrs. to 6. 7. 2023 22:00 hrs. 8th competition round from 7. 7. 2023 9:00 hrs. to 7. 7. 2023 22:00 hrs. 9th competition round from 8. 7. 2023 9:00 hrs. to 8. 7. 2023 22:00 hrs.

Any natural person over 15 years of age who has a user account registered under their own name on the rohlik.click e-shop and who fulfills the conditions for participation in the competition set out in these rules ("competitor") may be a participant in the competition. Given the possibility of purchasing goods on the rohlik.click e-shop only after prior registration, one user account registered on the rohlik.click e-shop is considered one competitor.All competitors who do not properly fulfill the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer or promoter, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer or promoter, or persons who are close to such persons within the meaning of Section 22, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. If such an excluded person becomes a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competitive behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or for whom there is other reasonable suspicion of abusing the competition or circumventing these rules in violation of the rules or purpose of this competition. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude from the competition competitors against whom it records unpaid receivables arising from their previous contractual relationships.The organizer reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the stipulated competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude from the competition, at its discretion, competitors who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules.

The following prizes will be included in the draw: 1. Credits intended for payment of orders on the rohlik.click e-shop in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions effective on the day of the draw, and 2. Premium membership for a period of 1 year for purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for the purchase and use of the Premium membership service for rohlik.click effective on the day of the draw. 3. Premium membership for a period of 6 months for purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for the purchase and use of the Premium membership service for rohlik.click effective on the day of the draw. Entire competition period: * 27x 10,000 CZK in credits credited to the winners' accounts * 18x Premium membership for 1 year * 9x Premium membership for 6 months The following prizes will be awarded in the draw of each competition round: 3x 10,000 CZK in credits credited to the winners' accounts 2x Premium membership for 1 year, 1x Premium membership for 6 months.
