FB Competition Ontario

These rules ("rules") contain the complete regulation of the conditions of the competition named "Soutěž o baličky Ontario" ("competition"). These rules are continuously available throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address https://www.rohlik.click/tema/fbsoutez-ontario and constitute the sole binding document in relation to consumers governing the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended by written addenda to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules presented in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Karolinská 654/2, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, ID No.: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 („organizer“), operator of the rohlik.click e-shop

This competition is organized by the organizer in cooperation with the company Glimm Skin s.r.o., with its registered office at Brunclíkova 1719/25, Břevnov (Prague 6), 162 00 Prague, Company ID: 17518555, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague  under file no. C 371820 ('partner'), which initiated the organization of the competition as part of its marketing activities and provided the prizes that can be won in the competition.

The competition will take place in the Czech Republic on the organizer's profiles on the social network Facebook ("competition page") within the following competition period:

 

from March 16, 2026, 00:01:00 to March 22, 2026, 23:59:00

("competition period")

Any natural person over 15 years of age who meets the conditions for participation in the competition set out in these rules (competitor) may participate in the competition.

 

All competitors who do not properly meet the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer, or who are in a relationship of close persons to such persons within the meaning of Section 22, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. Should such an excluded person become a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.
 

The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competitive behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or who are otherwise reasonably suspected of abusing the competition or circumventing these rules in contradiction with the rules or the spirit of this competition. The organizer reserves the right to assess, at any time and at its discretion, the fulfillment of the stipulated competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude from the competition, at its discretion, competitors who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules.
