These rules ("rules") contain the complete terms and conditions of the consumer competition called "WIN A TV"&nbsp;("competition"). These rules are available continuously throughout the duration of the competition at the website www.rohlik.click/tema/soutez-prodejni and constitute the only binding document in relation to consumers governing the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended in the form of written amendments to this document published in the same way as this document. Excerpts from these rules or an abbreviated version of these rules presented in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company&nbsp;VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Karolinská&nbsp;654/2, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, ID No.: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file number C 226550 ("organizer"), operator of the rohlik.click e-shop.

The organizer of the competition is the company&nbsp;Orbico s.r.o., Vinohradská Office Center, Vinohradská 1597/174, Praha 3, 130 00, Czech Republic; ID: 05899664, VAT ID: CZ05899664.&nbsp;(hereinafter referred to as the "organizer").

The competition will take place in the territory of the Czech Republic on the website&nbsp;<a href="https://www.rohlik.click/">www.rohlik.click</a>&nbsp;("competition website") during the following competition period ("competition period"):

from 9 June 2026 00:00:00 to 22 June 2026 23:59:59 ("competition period")

The decisive moment for assessing whether a contestant has met the conditions for inclusion in the competition in the given competition period is the&nbsp;moment of submitting a binding order of goods&nbsp;placed via the rohlik.click e-shop, which was not subsequently (i.e. even after the expiry of the competition period) returned by the customer (either as a whole or even partially, if this would result in a decrease in the value of the minimum required order amount needed for participation in the competition), or for which the buyer did not withdraw from the purchase contract. For the avoidance of doubt, it is stipulated that the assertion of a justified claim for goods does not reduce the value of the order for the purpose of participation in the competition.

The competition is open to any natural person over the age of 18&nbsp;who has a user account in their name on the rohlik.click e-shop and who meets the conditions for participation in the competition set out in these rules ("competitor"). Given that goods can only be purchased on the rohlik.click e-shop after prior registration, one user account registered on the rohlik.click e-shop is considered as one competitor.

&nbsp;

All competitors who do not properly meet the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer or promoter, persons personally and financially linked to the organizer or promoter, or who are close persons to such persons within the meaning of Section 22 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participating in the competition. In the event that such an excluded person becomes a winner, the prize will not be awarded to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competition behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or where there is other reasonable suspicion of abuse of the competition or circumvention of these rules in violation of the rules of this competition or the purpose of the competition. The organizer reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the established competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude competitors who do not meet the conditions specified in these rules from the competition at its sole discretion.

HOW TO VALIDLY PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION?

Participation in the competition is subject to placing orders for goods on the rohlik.click e-shop ("competition purchases"), whereby to be entered into the competition, it is necessary to purchase at least 2 Pringles products in the Rohlík.cz online store during the competition period.

&nbsp;

In the event that the competitor adds goods to a single order before the actual delivery of this order, the final amount spent on one completed and actually delivered purchase, including all additional orders, is decisive for the order value.

&nbsp;

Registration for the competition takes place automatically upon fulfillment of the above conditions for participation in the competition (i.e. binding order, payment, and receipt of competition purchases). Every competitor who meets the conditions of participation in the competition set by these rules will be automatically entered into the prize draw; however, they are not obliged to take any action or otherwise actively participate in the competition in the event of winning.

&nbsp;

Each competitor can only be entered into the draw once in each of the competition periods. In the event of a competitor winning in the first competition period, that competitor will not be entered into the draw in the second competition period (i.e. one competitor can win a maximum of once in the competition). If a competitor who is already entitled to one prize is drawn, the second drawn prize is disregarded and a new competitor is drawn for it.

&nbsp;

The draw will take place within 7 calendar days after the end of each competition period. The drawing of winners will take place via a random number generator. In the event that an insufficient number of competitors participate in the competition or an insufficient number of competitors meet the conditions for obtaining prizes (and some or all of the prizes entered into the competition cannot therefore be awarded), or if any of the winners refuse to accept the prize, the undistributed prizes are forfeited to the organizer, who is entitled to decide on their further use.

The announcement of the winners of individual prizes takes place within 7&nbsp;calendar days from the end of each competition period. In the event of a win, the winner will be contacted by email at the email address associated with their user account on the rohlik.click e-shop, and simultaneously by calling and/or sending an SMS message to the phone number that the contestant specified in their user account on the rohlik.click e-shop. By participating in the competition, the contestant acknowledges that their email and phone number registered on the rohlik.click e-shop will be used to communicate the win in the competition. The organizer is not responsible for the entry of an incorrect email or phone number or any other error within the contestant's user account.

&nbsp;

According to the organizer's decision, the prize in the competition may also be handed over to the winner in person, or a personal meeting between the organizer and the winner may take place at a time and place communicated to them by the organizer, unless the organizer and the winner agree otherwise.

&nbsp;

The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of this competition at any time, or to limit, postpone, or interrupt its execution, including its period of validity, or to terminate the competition, throughout the entire competition period. Such fact will be immediately announced to the contestants on the competition website. The organizer is entitled to check the fulfillment of all conditions for participation in the competition and, in the event of a dispute, to decide with final validity on any issue associated with the competition.

&nbsp;

The contestant is obliged to send any objections to the course of the competition to the organizer in writing to the address of the organizer's registered office within 5 working days from the end of the given competition period. Later objections will not be taken into account. The organizer is not liable for any damages incurred by the winners (contestants) or third parties in connection with participation in the competition or the realization of prizes.

By participating in the competition, the contestant acknowledges that for the purposes of organizing the competition, it is necessary to process personal data to the following extent: first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address, and information about the competition purchase.

The contestant further acknowledges that the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID: 03024130, is, as the personal data controller, authorized to process their personal data to the extent specified above, or other data communicated to the organizer, for the purposes of participation in the competition (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council), which purpose includes in particular the following processing operations:

	<li>storage of personal data for registration in the competition;</li>
	<li>sending informative e-mails, or contacting contestants via calls or SMS in matters concerning the organization and management of the competition;</li>
	<li>processing of personal data for the purposes of monitoring and evaluating the competition according to the rules;</li>
	<li>personal, telephone, written, and electronic contact for the purpose of verifying the fulfillment of the competition conditions by the contestant, information about the prize, and other related communication.</li>
</ul>

Personal data will be processed automatically and securely in electronic form, for the period necessary to organize the competition, verify compliance with the competition conditions, and for potential inspection by public authorities, for a maximum of 3 years from the end of the competition, unless the law prescribes a longer period.

&nbsp;

In relation to the personal data of the contestants, the organizer is the processor for the promoter.

&nbsp;

As a data subject, the contestant has the rights listed below, which arise from legal regulations and which they can exercise at any time. These are the right (i) to access personal data, (ii) to rectify inaccurate or false personal data and supplement incomplete personal data, (iii) to erasure of personal data if the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if it is found that they were processed unlawfully, (iv) to restriction of processing of personal data, (v) to data portability, and (vi) the right to object, after which the processing of the contestant's personal data will be terminated unless it is proven that there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests or rights and freedoms of the contestant, in particular, if the reason is the potential enforcement of legal claims. At the same time, the contestant has the opportunity to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (<a href="https://www.uoou.cz/">www.uoou.cz</a>).

&nbsp;

Based on legitimate interest, the promoter is authorized to publish the first name, the first letter of the surname, and the city of residence of the winner in the competition free of charge. In the event of a personal meeting between the promoter and the winner or the presentation of the prize, the promoter is also authorized to capture, display, reproduce, and distribute the appearance, likeness, images, and video and audio recordings relating to the winner free of charge, including their processing and inclusion in an audiovisual work, on the competition website or social networks of the promoter, for the duration of the competition and for 1 week&nbsp;after the end of the competition.&nbsp;The contestant may object to this processing.

By participating in the competition, the participant acknowledges that only prizes up to a value of CZK 10,000 (incl. VAT) are exempt from personal income tax. In the event that the value of the prize exceeds CZK 10,000 (incl. VAT), the prize is subject to taxation in accordance with Section 36, Paragraph 2, Letter i) of Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on Income Taxes, as amended, and it is necessary to pay tax withheld at a special tax rate (so-called withholding tax). The withholding tax on the prize will be paid by the competition organizer in accordance with legal regulations.

By participating in the competition, the contestant unreservedly accepts that the competition is organized and run in accordance with Czech law and that any disputes related to the competition will be resolved exclusively before the courts of the Czech Republic.

&nbsp;

Payment of monetary compensation instead of the prize is not possible, and the contestant is not entitled to demand an exchange of the prize.

&nbsp;

Unless the organizer or these rules specify otherwise, all announcements regarding the competition, its progress, and changes will be made through the competition website.

&nbsp;

The organizer is not responsible for the temporary unavailability of the competition website caused by objective circumstances, in particular, internet connection failures or other technical outages.

&nbsp;

The body authorized for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes arising in connection with the participation of a contestant who is a natural person – consumer, in this competition is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), on whose website (<a href="https://www.coi.cz/">www.coi.cz</a>) the contestant will find, among other things, information on the method and conditions of out-of-court dispute resolution, as this procedure can only be initiated at the request of the contestant and after they fail to resolve the dispute directly with the organizer. The application form for initiating the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure is available on the website of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

A contestant who is a natural person – consumer also has the right to initiate an out-of-court dispute resolution online through the ODR platform available on the website&nbsp;<a href="https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&amp;lng=CS">https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&amp;lng=CS</a>. The out-of-court dispute resolution procedure is not a mediation under Act No. 202/2012 Coll., on Mediation, nor an arbitration proceeding under Act No. 216/1994 Coll., on Arbitration Proceedings and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards, as amended, and its use does not affect the contestant's right to refer their claim to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority or to a court.
