👶 Life in a Suitcase

There are children who are born without a mother's embrace. Nadační fond La Vida Loca has been helping for ten years so that these children can also have their first memories. Volunteers carefully place a plush toy, an outfit, a photograph, and a letter into a small suitcase, a tender reminder that they mattered from the very beginning.

Projekt Život v kufříku connects dozens of maternity hospitals and hundreds of people who create with heart. And you can be among them. When you purchase an online voucher worth 100, 300, 500 or 1000 CZK, you will help fill another suitcase for a child who starts their life alone, but not without hope. Rohlík will pass on your entire donation down to the last crown to Nadační fond La Vida Loca.

Project Život v kufříku was created to remind, that every child matters, even those who are left alone after birth. Endowment Fund La Vida Loca since 2012 has been making small suitcases with first memories for abandoned newborns. It cooperates with more than sixty maternity hospitals across the Czech Republic and has already involved hundreds of volunteers from senior homes and children's homes.

Thanks to them, over two and a half thousand children have already received their suitcase. The project received the European Parliament Award as well as the award Laskavec and most importantly, the hearts of all who are not indifferent to the fate of the youngest.
