Toast Bread

So that our wives wouldn't have to buy industrial toast bread for our children that lasts for 43 days, we preferred to develop our own, preservative-free, with sourdough, spelt flour, and olive oil. Such toast bread is tasty and yet versatile – we are now also baking a healthier, wholemeal version.

Pies

Our pies are made from carefully selected ingredients – high-quality wheat flour from Předměřice, fresh milk, honest butter from La Formaggeria, egg yolks from free-range eggs from the family farm of Václav Matoušek, sugar, and yeast, which gives life to the dough.

Every pie starts with a properly prepared sourdough, which we let mature naturally so that the resulting dough is beautifully fluffy and moist. We pay close attention to the precise process, the ideal temperature, and plenty of time for rising, because patience makes the biggest difference. We shape the pies by hand, filling them generously with a filling made of organic curd from the Struhy farm and fruit. We bake them to a golden brown, so that every piece is not only beautiful to look at, but above all irresistible to taste.
