Description
André Clouet Rosé Brut No. 5 is a rosé Champagne from the Champagne region (Bouzy). The cuvée is dominated by Pinot Noir; the colour is enhanced by the addition of Rouge de Bouzy. Alcohol content is 12%.
The nose shows raspberries, rhubarb and hibiscus; the palate is light and fresh with a fruity finish. Dosage 5.1 g/l (brut). Serve chilled at 8–10 °C; pairs well with smoked salmon, prawns or fresh red fruit.
Use
Serve as an aperitif or with light fish and seafood dishes. Chill before serving and pour into sparkling wine glasses.
