VINSELEKT MICHLOVSKÝ Ryzlink vlašský 2021 VOC Pálava is a dry white wine from the Moravia wine region, Mikulov subregion (Perná, Goldhamer vineyard site). Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
The must fermented spontaneously in a French oak barrel and the wine matured on the lees. The aroma shows overripe greengage plums, stewed apricots and botrytised raisins; the palate is spicy with a propolis-and-honey finish. Pairs well with grilled scallops, saffron risotto or mountain cheeses.
Use
Serve chilled at 10–12 °C. Suitable for more robust preparations of fish and seafood, and for more mature cheeses.
