Naše maso beef skewer is a semi-finished meat product made from beef, complemented with streaky bacon and red onion. It is seasoned with rosemary, olive oil and fermented pepper with a lightly fruity, spicy profile.

Use
Before cooking, let the skewer come to room temperature. Sear quickly on all sides, then finish briefly at a lower temperature; it is ideal cooked medium rare to medium. Let rest for a few minutes after searing.
