  • 400 g zucchini
  • 25 g tahini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (10 ml)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Parchment paper

Cut the zucchini into slices approximately 1 cm thick. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Place the cooked zucchini, tahini, olive oil, garlic, and salt into a tall container. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth and serve.
