Preparation method

Heat sesame oil in a wok or pan, add finely chopped shallots, garlic, and chili. Then add shrimp and sauté for about 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing all the necessary ingredients together.

Add chopped carrots and green beans to the pan, pour in the prepared sauce, and sauté for 2 minutes.

Chef's tip

You can replace the lime juice in the sauce with the same amount of rice vinegar.
