Cut the halloumi into thin fries. If you are preparing them on the grill, prepare a pan suitable for it or a grilling stone. Heat the pan, once it is hot, add the oil and let it heat up as well.
Add the halloumi fries to the hot oil and, stirring occasionally, let them fry completely on each side until golden brown, this takes a few minutes, the fries should be crispy.
Seasoning and serving
Add the pressed garlic clove to the fried halloumi and, stirring constantly, let it release its aroma.
