Use
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, add a chopped small onion, and sauté. Add 100 g of dry rice and briefly toast. Pour in 50 ml of wine and let it evaporate. Then add hot broth (about 300 ml) and stir until the rice is al dente and creamy (about 15–18 minutes). Finally, add 20 g of butter and 20–30 g of grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
