An excellent dry Riesling Gourmet 2023 from the Moravian winery SPIELBERG in Archlebov. This complex white wine was aged in oak barrels, giving it a golden color and a creamy aroma with hints of wood, apricots, and citrus. Proudly made in the Czech Republic, this 0.75l bottle offers a rich taste with the distinct minerality of an old vineyard. It pairs beautifully with salmon or pork tenderloin.

Riesling Gourmet is a late harvest wine in a dry style with an alcohol content of 13% vol. The wine was aged in oak barrels on fine lees, which is reflected in its structure and a subtle woody frame.
The nose shows creamy notes, stewed greengages, and ripe apricots with a hint of citrus. The palate is fuller-bodied, with an apricot-citrus profile, fine tannins, and a mineral finish. Rating: 88 points in the Best of Riesling 2025 competition. Serve at 8–12 °C, pairs well with fish, poultry, and creamy pasta dishes.
