- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 200 ml vegetable oil

Mix the mustard and vinegar, pour into a tall narrow container, and lightly blend with an immersion blender.

Slowly pour in the oil while continuously blending until a smooth emulsion forms. Season with salt, stir, and chill in the refrigerator.
