- 120 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 30 g sesame seeds
- 50 g almond flakes
- 30 g walnuts
- 20 g pistachios
- 15 g chia seeds
- 15 g psyllium
- 50 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 300 ml water
- Pinch of salt

- Baking paper

Mix the seeds and nuts (break or chop the larger ones). Add chia seeds, psyllium, and sun-dried tomatoes cut into small pieces. Mix with water and let stand for a while so that the chia and psyllium absorb the water.

Then place the dough into a bread pan lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 55 minutes, then remove the bread along with the baking paper, place it on a baking sheet, and bake for another 15 minutes on the other side. Let the bread cool for a while before slicing.
