Preparation method

Grease the Bundt cake pan with butter and dust with coarse flour. If you have a silicone mold, skip this step.

Preheat the oven to 170 °C.

Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until light and frothy. Add milk and yogurt and whisk again.
