Zdravá a sytá snídaně, která chutná jako jablečný koláč, ale přitom je plná vlákniny a bílkovin. Pečená ovesná kaše s tvarohem a jablky vás zasytí na celé dopoledne a provoní celou kuchyni skořicí.

Wash the apple and grate it on a coarse grater. Finely chop the nuts. Preheat the oven to 180 °C with top and bottom heat.

Preparation of batter and baking

Whisk the egg with milk and sweetener using a whisk. Add the oats, grated apple, chopped nuts, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir.

Divide the batter into two baking dishes with a diameter of approx. 14 cm and let it rest while the oven is preheating.
