In a mug, mix half of the warm milk, yeast, and vanilla sugar. Let the yeast activate.

Sift 500 g of flour into a large bowl, add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and orange zest. Mix well.

Pour in the lukewarm milk, melted butter, orange juice, and add the egg. Add the activated yeast and knead the dough for about 8 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
