Competition rules - Natrhej si kabriolet

These rules ("rules") contain the complete regulation of the terms and conditions of the consumer competition named "Pick up a convertible! The juiciest summer ride." ("competition"). These rules are continuously available throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address https://www.rohlik.click/tema/pravidla-souteze-natrhej-si-kabriolet of the organizer designated for this competition and constitute the only binding document in relation to consumers governing the competition rules. The organizer reserves the right to unilaterally change or supplement these rules at any time. Any changes will be made in the form of a written addendum (or a complete new wording) and published in the same manner as these rules. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules presented in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Karolinská 654/2, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550, operator of the e-shop rohlik.click ("organizer").

The competition will take place in the territory of the Czech Republic via the rohlik.click online e-shop and the Rohlik mobile application ("competition pages") during the competition period from June 1, 2026, 00:00:01 hours to June 30, 2026, 23:59:59 hours ("competition period").

The decisive moment for assessing whether the customer has met the conditions for inclusion in the competition in a specific competition period is the moment of sending a binding order for goods made via the rohlik.click e-shop, which subsequently (i.e., even after the expiry of the competition period) was not returned by the customer (either in whole or in part), or for which the buyer did not withdraw from the purchase agreement. To avoid any doubt, it is stipulated that the assertion of a legitimate claim for goods does not constitute an obstacle to participation in the competition.

Every natural person over 18 years of age (consumer) who has a validly established customer account on the rohlik.click e-shop in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the rohlik.click e-shop, and who fulfills the conditions for participation in the competition set out by these rules ("competitor"), becomes a participant in the competition. Given the possibility of purchasing goods on the rohlik.click e-shop only after prior registration, one user account maintained on the rohlik.click e-shop is considered one competitor.

All competitors who do not properly fulfill the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules at the time of the competition and the associated drawing and determination of winners will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer, or who are in a relationship of close persons to such persons within the meaning of § 22 para. 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. In the event that such an excluded person becomes a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competitive behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or for whom there is other reasonable suspicion of abusing the competition or circumventing these rules in violation of the rules or purpose of this competition. The organizer reserves the right at any time, at its discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the stipulated competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude from the competition, at its discretion, competitors who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude from the competition competitors against whom it records unpaid receivables arising from their previous contractual relationships.

The competition includes prizes of the following type, number, and limitations ("prizes"):

Every customer who reaches the specified minimum point threshold during the competition period automatically wins a prize. They do not have to wait for any drawing. After the end of the competition period, 30 days of free membership in the Rohlik Xtra program will be activated in their customer account (within the period set for determining winners).

 

From all customers who meet the competition limit, 15 winners will be drawn after the end of the competition. The prize consists of credits for shopping on the rohlik.click e-shop, specifically:
5x credits worth 20,000 CZK;
10x credits worth 5,000 CZK.

 

The main prize consists of the right to free use of a convertible car for a period of eight (8) weeks, specifically during the months of July and August 2026.
The organizer covers the vehicle rental fee and a refundable deposit at a partner car rental company as a one-time payment. The vehicle rental agreement is concluded directly between the winner and the car rental company, with the winner acting as the renter and driver of the vehicle.

The winner bears sole responsibility for paying all costs and fees beyond the rental fee and deposit paid by the organizer, unless the organizer specifies otherwise. These primarily include: vehicle insurance, highway vignettes and tolls, fines for traffic offenses, fees for exceeding the agreed mileage limit (so-called mileage overage), fees for late return of the vehicle, and any surcharges for international travel. The winner also bears full responsibility for any insurance deductible or compensation for vehicle damage in accordance with the car rental company's terms and conditions.

The winner is obliged to fulfill all conditions of the car rental company. If the winner does not meet the car rental company's conditions for renting a vehicle (e.g., does not reach the required age, does not provide a valid driver's license, identity documents, etc.) and the contract is not concluded, the right to the prize expires without any compensation. In such a case, the organizer is not obliged to provide the winner with an alternative prize or compensation.

The organizer reserves the right to replace the main prize (convertible rental) with a prize of a similar type and equivalent value if, for objective reasons, it is unable to secure the vehicle from partner car rental companies.
