Competition rules: Great Easter competition with Rohlíčkem

These rules ("rules") are continuously available throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address https://www.rohlik.click/tema/pravidla-velikonocni-soutez-rohlicek and constitute the sole binding document in relation to consumers governing the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended by written addenda to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules presented in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Karolinská 654/2, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 ("organizer"), operator of the rohlik.click e-shop.

The competition will take place in the territory of the Czech Republic at the internet address www.rohlik.click ("competition pages") during the competition period from 12. 3. 2026 00:00:00 hrs. to 6. 4. 2026 23:59:59 hrs. ("competition period")

 

The decisive moment for assessing whether the competitor has met the conditions for inclusion in the competition during the given competition period is the moment of sending a binding order for goods placed through the rohlik.click e-shop, which subsequently (i.e., even after the competition period has expired) was not returned by the customer (either as a whole or even partially, if this would lead to a decrease in the value of the minimum required amount of orders necessary for participation in the competition), or for which the buyer did not withdraw from the purchase agreement. To avoid any doubt, it is stipulated that the submission of a legitimate complaint about goods does not reduce the value of the order for the purpose of participation in the competition.

Every natural person who has a validly established user account in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of rohlik.click, is also a member of the Rohlíček club at the time of the competition, and who fulfills the conditions for participation in the competition set by these rules (hereinafter referred to as "competitor"), becomes a participant in the competition. Given the possibility of purchasing goods on the rohlik.click e-shop only after prior registration, one user account maintained on the rohlik.click e-shop is considered one competitor.

 

All competitors who do not properly fulfill the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules at the time of the competition will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer, or persons who are in a close relationship with such persons within the meaning of Section 22, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. Should such an excluded person become a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competitive behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or for whom there is other reasonable suspicion of abusing the competition or circumventing these rules in contradiction with the rules or purpose of this competition. The organizer also reserves the right to assess, at any time and at its discretion, the fulfillment of the stipulated competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude from the competition, at its discretion, competitors who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude from the competition competitors against whom it records outstanding receivables arising from their previous contractual relationships.
