COMPETITION RULES „Tell us what's extra about Rohlík Xtra!”
These rules ("rules") contain the complete regulation of the terms and conditions of the competition named "Tell us what's extra about Rohlík Xtra!" ("competition"). These rules are available throughout the competition at the internet address:
www.rohlik.click/tema/reknete-nam-co-je-na-xtra-extra and constitute the only binding document governing the competition rules. Excerpts from these rules in promotional texts are for informational purposes only.
1. CONTEST ORGANIZER
The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Karolinská 654/2, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 („organizer”), operator of the e-shop rohlik.click.
2. PLACE AND TIME OF EVENT
The competition takes place on the profiles rohlik.click on social networks Facebook and Instagram from:
13. 06. 2025 16:00 until 22. 06. 2025 23:59 (inclusive), in the territory of the Czech Republic.
3. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS
Any natural person over 18 years of age with a delivery address in the Czech Republic can participate in the competition, who, during the competition period:
- Writes in a comment below the competition post an answer to the question of what you appreciate most about Rohlík Xtra
- Agrees to the rules of this competition.
Excluded from the competition are:
- Employees of the organizer and their close relatives (§ 22 of the Civil Code),
- Persons violating the competition rules or acting contrary to its purpose,
- Competitors suspected of fraudulent or manipulative conduct.
4. PRIZES IN THE COMPETITION
On each platform (Facebook and Instagram), 3 winners will be selected, who will receive:
1st place - Rohlík Xtra membership for 1 year free
2nd place - Rohlík Xtra membership for 6 months free
3rd place - Rohlík Xtra membership for 3 months free
