Visa and Amazing Places Competition: rules
CONTEST RULES
“PAY FOR PURCHASES WITH A VISA CARD AND GET TO AMAZING PLACES”
These rules ("rules") are continuously available throughout the duration of the contest at the internet address https://www.rohlik.click/tema/visa-amazing_places-26-pravidla and constitute the sole binding document in relation to consumers governing the contest rules. These rules may only be amended by written addenda to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules presented in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this contest.
CONTEST ORGANIZER
The contest organizer is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Karolinská 654/2, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, ID No.: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 ("organizer"), operator of the e-shop rohlik.click.
CONTEST LOCATION AND DURATION
The contest will take place in the territory of the Czech Republic at the internet address www.rohlik.click ("contest website") during the following four contest periods:
from April 6, 2026, 00:00:00 to April 12, 2026, 23:59:59 ("first contest period");
from April 13, 2026, 00:00:00 to April 19, 2026, 23:59:59 ("second contest period");
from April 20, 2026, 00:00:00 to April 26, 2026, 23:59:59 ("third contest period"); and
from April 27, 2026, 00:00:00 to May 3, 2026, 23:59:59 ("fourth contest period"),
(collectively "contest periods").
The decisive moment for assessing whether a customer has met the conditions for inclusion in the contest in a specific contest period is the moment of sending a binding order for goods placed through the rohlik.click e-shop, which subsequently (i.e., even after the expiration of the contest period) was not returned by the customer (as a whole), or for which the buyer did not withdraw from the purchase agreement. To avoid any doubt, it is stipulated that the submission of a legitimate complaint about goods does not constitute an obstacle to participation in the contest.
CONTEST PARTICIPANTS
Any natural person who has a validly established customer account on the rohlik.click e-shop in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the rohlik.click e-shop, and who fulfills the conditions for participation in the contest set forth in these rules ("contestant"), becomes a participant in the contest. Given the possibility of purchasing goods on the rohlik.click e-shop only after prior registration, one customer account maintained on the rohlik.click e-shop is considered one contestant.
All contestants who do not properly fulfill the conditions for participation in the contest in accordance with these rules at the time of the contest and the associated drawing and determination of winners will be excluded from the contest. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer, or who are in a relationship of close persons to such persons within the meaning of Section 22, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the contest. In the event that such an excluded person becomes a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the contest those contestants whose contest behavior shows signs of fraudulent participation or for whom there is other reasonable suspicion of abusing the contest, circumventing these rules in contradiction with the rules or purpose of this contest, or violating the General Terms and Conditions of the rohlik.click e-shop. The organizer reserves the right at any time, at its discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the stipulated contest conditions by individual contestants and to exclude from the contest, at its discretion, contestants who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude from the contest contestants against whom it records unpaid receivables arising from their previous contractual relationships.
PRIZES
A total of prizes of the following type, number, and limitations are included in the contest:

4 x Voucher worth 30,000 CZK for a stay via Amazing places
20 x Credits for purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop worth 10,000 CZK
20 x Credits for purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop worth 5,000 CZK
(„prizes“),
where in each contest period, the above-mentioned prizes are included in the contest in the following numbers: 1 x Voucher worth 50,000 CZK for a stay via Amazing places, 1 x Voucher worth 30,000 CZK for a stay via Amazing places, 5 x Credits for purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop worth 10,000 CZK, and 5 x Credits for purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop worth 5,000 CZK.
HOW TO VALIDLY PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST?
Participation in the contest for each individual contest period is conditioned by placing an order for goods on the rohlik.click e-shop ("contest purchase"), provided that for inclusion in the prize drawing in a specific contest period, the contestant must make at least one contest purchase in that contest period, which will be paid for by online payment via a Visa or Visa Electron payment card saved in the contestant's customer account for further purchases. To avoid any doubt, the organizer stipulates that for a contestant's valid participation in the contest, it is necessary that the Visa or Visa Electron payment card used is also saved in the contestant's customer account for further purchases at the time of the drawing and determination of winners, which relate to the given contest period in which the contestant participates.
In the event that a contestant places an additional order for goods within a single order, even before the actual delivery of that order, the contest purchase is considered to be the cumulative, actually delivered purchase including all additional orders.
Inclusion in the contest occurs automatically upon fulfillment of the above-mentioned conditions for participation in the contest (i.e., a binding order, payment for the order with a saved Visa or Visa Electron payment card, and receipt of the contest purchase). Every contestant who fulfills the conditions for participation in the contest set forth in these rules will be automatically included in the prize drawing; however, they are not obliged to take any action or otherwise actively participate in the contest in case of a win.
Each contestant may be included in the drawing multiple times in each contest period, according to the number of contest purchases they make in the individual contest periods. The more contest purchases a contestant makes in one contest period, the more chances they have to win in that contest period. If a contestant wins a prize in one of the contest periods, this fact does not prevent their inclusion in the drawing in subsequent contest periods. If a contestant who has already won one prize in the same contest period is drawn in that contest period, the second drawn prize will not be considered, and a new contestant will be drawn for it.
The drawing will take place within five (5) working days after the end of each contest period. The drawing of winners will be conducted using a random number generator. The drawing will take place physically at a location designated by the organizer, will be non-public, and a record will be made of it. In the event that an insufficient number of contestants participate in the contest or an insufficient number of contestants meet the conditions for winning prizes (and thus some or all of the prizes included in the contest cannot be awarded), or if any of the winners refuse to accept a prize, the unawarded prizes will be forfeited to the organizer, who is entitled to decide on their further use.
DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
The determination of winners for individual prizes for each contest period will take place within five (5) working days of the drawing.
In the event that the contestant has refused to receive commercial communications, the winner will be contacted by the organizer via email, by sending them an operational message with information about the drawn prize and a request to contact the organizer if they wish to accept the prize.
In the event that the contestant has not refused to receive commercial communications, the winner will be contacted by email at the email address associated with their customer account on the rohlik.click e-shop, or by calling or sending an SMS message to the phone number the contestant provided in their customer account on the rohlik.click e-shop.
The prize in the contest may be handed over to the winner in person, at the organizer's discretion, or a personal meeting between the organizer and the winner may take place, at a time and place communicated by the organizer, unless the organizer and the winner agree otherwise. Prizes in the form of credits for purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop will be handed over to the winners by automatically crediting them to the customer account from which the winning contest purchase was made.
The organizer reserves the right at any time to change, limit, postpone, or interrupt the rules of this contest or its implementation, including its validity period, or to terminate the contest, throughout the entire contest period. Such a fact will be immediately announced to contestants on the contest website. The organizer is entitled to check the fulfillment of all conditions for participation in the contest and, in case of a dispute, to make a final decision on any matter related to the contest. Any objections to the course of the contest must be sent by the contestant to the organizer within five (5) working days from the end of the given contest period, in writing, to the address of the organizer's registered office. Later objections will not be considered. The organizer is not responsible for any damages incurred by winners (contestants) or third parties in connection with participation in the contest or the realization of prizes.
If the winner has confirmed interest in accepting the prize, the organizer is entitled to freely disseminate the winner's name, first letter of their surname, and city of residence used within the scope of participation in the contest.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The processing of personal data in connection with this contest is governed by our Personal Data Processing Principles.
INCOME TAX FROM THE CONTEST
The contestant acknowledges that prizes exceeding the amount of 50,000 CZK (incl. VAT) are subject to taxation in accordance with Section 10, Paragraph 3, Letter a) of Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on Income Taxes, as amended, and it is necessary to deduct tax from them collected by withholding according to a special tax rate (so-called withholding tax). The withholding tax will be paid by the contest organizer at its own expense in accordance with legal regulations. The winner will receive the full advertised value of the prize without any deductions.
FINAL PROVISIONS
The contest is organized and conducted under Czech law, and any disputes related to the contest will be resolved exclusively before the courts of the Czech Republic.
By confirming interest in accepting the prize, the contestant also confirms that they meet the conditions for participation in the contest set forth in these rules.
Payment of a monetary equivalent instead of a prize is not possible. The contestant is not entitled to demand an exchange of the prize or specification of prize parameters.
The organizer is also not responsible for any damage that the contestant may suffer in connection with their participation in the contest or with the use of the acquired prize.
Unless otherwise specified by the organizer or these rules, all announcements about the contest, its course, and changes will be made through the contest website.
The organizer is not responsible for the temporary unavailability of the contest website caused by objective circumstances, especially a faulty internet connection or other technical outage.
The authority authorized for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising in connection with the participation of a contestant, who is a natural person – consumer, in this contest is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, on whose website (www.coi.cz) the contestant will find, among other things, information on the method and conditions of out-of-court dispute resolution, as this procedure can only be initiated based on the contestant's proposal and after they fail to resolve the dispute directly with the organizer. The form for initiating out-of-court consumer dispute resolution proceedings is available on the website of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
The out-of-court dispute resolution procedure is not mediation according to Act No. 202/2012 Coll., on Mediation, nor arbitration proceedings according to Act No. 216/19
